When engaged as an independent mediator, we act as a neutral third party, facilitating communication between both sides to help them reach a mutually acceptable resolution. We do not advocate for either party and maintain strict impartiality and confidentiality throughout the process.

When engaged to support one party (such as a homeowner or contractor), we act as a commercial advisor, assisting with strategy, preparation, and representation during mediation or negotiation. In this case, we do not serve as the mediator.

We will not act as a mediator in any dispute where we have previously advised one of the parties. This ensures the mediation remains unbiased and credible.
